Step Bros Lawn Pros

Join host Megan Ray as she visits with Tripp (14) and Orion (12), the founders of Step Bros. Lawn Pros, along with their mom, Dawn Warner. Hear how the boys turned a simple idea into a growing lawn care business, the generous community member who helped them get started with their first mower, and the valuable lessons they’re learning about responsibility, customer service, goal setting, and the rewards of earning their own money. From Tripp’s entrepreneurial spirit to Orion’s determination to save for a new dirt bike, this inspiring conversation highlights what can happen when young people are encouraged to dream big, work hard, and a community rallies behind them.
