Designed as a platform for residents to share their stories and insights, the podcast covers everything from nonprofits and small businesses to town halls and local events. Now led by Megan Ray, the show continues to thrive through her passion and dedication, celebrating over 100 episodes of authentic, community-centered storytelling.

Megan Ray, a lively millennial, has lived in Northeastern Nevada since 2017. A devoted pet parent to five dogs and two cats, she leads a life full of energy and purpose. Passionate about adventure, volunteering, and meaningful dialogue, Megan is dedicated to making others feel seen and heard while championing causes that matter. Her love for community and authentic connection shines in all she does.

Cami connects the community with current events, local happenings, and sparks interest in and appreciation for those that make up the tapestry of Elko County. With a background in oral history and folklore, sharing and documenting stories is second nature. Cami has a Bachelor of Literary Studies with an emphasis in History and a Master of American Studies. She has a great love of the West and desert spaces and feels right at home in Nevada.
